It is rare that I would have larger original works of art in my shop as most go to galleries or are sold in shows. However if you would like updates or advance notice of when original pieces are available you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to my mailing list.
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted however you do not need a paypal account in order to pay. Items are only shipped once full payment is made. Should you have any problems please contact me.
As I am based in the UK all items are listed in British Pounds. You can carry out a currency conversion at www.xe.com for an accurate price in your own currency.
All items are shipped from the UK and although I aim to package and mail within a couple of days the actual delivery time can vary according to the destination. Generally orders to UK addresses will arrive within 5 working days, items to the US and other overseas countries may take 7 to 10 days. Should you be worried about your order please don't hesitate to contact me.
Please check on your own countries custom regulations and taxes prior to purchasing. Customs rules vary greatly from country to country and I cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred for the item reaching you.
Prints and greetings cards are mailed Royal Mail first class for UK addresses, airmail for overseas. Original drawings and paintings are mailed special or recorded delivery with a tracking number and consequently postage for these items is higher.
I try to keep all shipping costs to a minimum however the constantly changing rates of postage means that that there may be occasional changes to items.
Greetings cards and small originals are mailed in a padded mailer with cardboard. Prints are mailed and medium originals on paper are mailed in large card backed envelopes.
Reserving Work and Layaway Service
I am able to reserve work for 7 days by special request. If you would like to do this then you can email me at email@example.com for more information.
Likewise I am able to offer a layaway service for repeat customers where for particular items you can pay in 2 equal instalments over 2 months for items of £100 or more. The item description will state if this service is available. Should you wish to do this then you can email me to request a special listing of your item. The item will be mailed to you only on receipt of full payment.
I do not accept custom orders for original work at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges
I really do you hope you will be happy with your purchases. All items are described fairly and honestly and as are listed. Should you have any issues with the quality of your item please do not hesitate to contact me and together with you I will try to come to an agreement. If an item is damaged during shipping and is insured then you may be able to claim with the postal service and I will do what I can to assist you with this but please contact me so that we can discuss the matter. I pride myself on the quality of my work and it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase and the customer care that I offer.
